Eight Hours Brown-out in Mindanao

By. Abs Damahan-The eight (8) hours Mindanao power shortage in almost daily interval sectional brownout would really affected consumers public and businesses though-out Mindanao. Department of Energy (DoE) had not come-up with contingency solution just to minimize the length of hours of this pestering brown-out all over the regions of Mindanao. Why Department of Energy (Doe) does not or can't find alternative energy as remedy to power crisis of Mindanao???
