To all friends who have the means in the name of humanitarian services, kindly shares your extra blessing for those victims of typhoon Ondoy. As we can see the devastating effects of a powerful typhoon Ondoy around Metropolis and adjacent Provinces it need an urgency support to save many lives and properties under the declared States of calamities. Pinoy once again should help one another in time of tragedy like this in the spirit of Bayanihan tradition.
I was before an official member of PDCC in the LGU experienced both natural and man-made calamity. Noteworthy set-back of NDCC in the national level, I think in the area of rapid assessment and quick response to those flood victims trapped ins and out of their respective location. In short no early warning and non-availability of early devise warning for Typhoon Ondoy. I should comment more, but, it should limit to that level, we are still on the states of tragedy pa kawawa and mga biktima pa.
