COFFEE INDUSTRY IS WORTH PROPAGATING AS A BOOST FOR HEALTH and AS A BUSINESS
Blog: Coffee Congress
COFFEE INDUSTRY IS WORTH PROPAGATING AS A BOOST FOR HEALTH and AS A
BUSINESS
By. Rose A. Barrera
Since
before coffee has a favorite of millions all over the world. In a documental
report in a popular magazine, coffee has been used by almost one billion
(900million) peoples all over the world. as brewed, as less strong coffee
attracts men and women.
Lately,
children are caught up by its aroma and taste of coffee, more people , not only
in coffee-producing countries like Vietnam but also in the Philippines where
more coffee growers multiply, is coffee getting to be in many markets because
more and more people want to grow it.
Why? First,
since more and more people want to drink it, business-minded people get more
encouraged and inspired to plant and tend coffee.
Documented
reports about the value and substance that coffee gives like its being very
rich and its being the most highly anti-oxidant of all food with anti-oxidant
substances, make more people more interested to propagate it. Not only for
business purposes, but also and more, for health value considering that doctors
verify that coffee is the product that has the most anti-oxidant substance,
known to be that which gradually eats out or breaks up those free decals that
may cause cancer.
Hence, both
for health purposes and economic progress, we encourage, urge all to grow and
drink coffee,

BIMP-EAGA ICT CEO Convention - Part2
Blog – ICT Internet Connectivity Part 2
BIMP-EAGA ICT CEO Convention
DAVAO CITY – August 19, 2015
Local media interviewed Mr. Jasmi Adnan Thien, Managing Director/President BEST
Cable Singapore. Mr. Thien said, the challenges in Submarine Cable getting all
the couple of authorities, getting approval, get the permits and business
requirements and this is coming from the four (4) countries, every country has
its own requirements, set-up rules so that the big challenge we have to secure
business permits and has its own policy and laws to be followed by any
investors who wants to put-up business anywhere. The other than that the
problem and challenges would be financing, because, we are from the private
sector, we don’t get thrust from the government it need a lot of funding and we
need funding from the private sector to be acquired for these projects.
Yes that our objectives we know
what is the price of each country and our objectives actually we have to sell
it, we used the term affordable price of our own competitive price, we are
providing wholesales a kind of Bandwidths, when it comes to retail, normally
when it comes to retail, we have to tie-up with the local cable providers to
get prospective retailer partners for instance like in the Philippines,
Malaysia has its own strategic partners and Indonesia by ASEAN. They have buyer
the reselling scheme for the respective customers would want to avail our
company’s submarine cable provider services.
Mr. Thien said, I tell you Inside
the BIMP-EAGA ICT cluster it’s actually, they have interest group like SMEs
into being the used of Bandwidths, so I can say it that should, can manage the
SME usage of Bandwidths wither classify as retail users.
I did mentioned last year, the
cost of the Submarine cable project which will cost and estimated by Mr. Thien,
President of the BEST Cable-Singapore is U$300M for the getaway project to be
completed, Mr. Thien said.
Initially with the
plan for the groundbreaking is being moved and we have challenges like
completing the
Permit requirements to
submit and the groundbreaking ceremony will be in a schedule and kick-
Off soon when all the
necessary business permits and all requirements are completed. We will make
Sure this project
will be properly implemented to meet the timelines. The timelines will commence
in
Between the end of this year and next year probably
completed until 2017.
The proposed getaway
Submarine Cable internet project from Guam to Parang Maguindanao is the
Longest trenches,
actually, it was estimated of around 300 miles long submarine cable projects,
Mr.
Thien said. The getaway
in Parang to Guam, to make sure all four countries is connected. The
Distribution of Bandwidths
one will pass though Satellite and second local distribution probably tie-up
With local cable
operator partners and local retailer partners. Guam is part of east getaway and
Brunei
Is west getaway.
Mr. Thien had also
assured local players likes: Globe, Smart and Sun we are not competing with
them,
“Let me assure this
cable project is restricted to ARMM”. Its includes the licenses and permits are
also
Restricted to ARMM
quote and unquote.
Policy hitches, Mr.
Said, “I am not so sure about the Philippines, but in Malaysia, we have the
business
Permits to operate
and complied all the necessary legal requirements for operation within
Malaysia”.
“We will comply
whatever legal requirements need to comply for compliance as necessary by each
Country”.

WHEN WILL THE POVERTY OF THE FILIPINOS BE RESOLVED???
PUBLIC
WHEN WILL THE POVERTY OF THE FILIPINOS BE RESOLVED???
Mr.Julio
Tehangke, La Salle dean, made a survey which was published in the Philippines
Daily Inquirer on December 10, 2014. His article entitled “FEW WHO CONTROL the
PHILIPPINES” has the following contents; Only 178 families control the
political system of the country. Of these 178 families, 75% are the members of
the senate and the House of Representatives, and 80% are the governors and
mayors who are members of the so called “political dynasties”.
To mention a
few; The revillas, Enriles, Aguinos, Cojuangcos, Estradas, Osmenas, Marcoses,
Binays, Cayetanos, Antoninos, Dutertes, Plazas, Chiongbians, Pacquiaos, Duranos, Ampatuans, Mangungudatu, Acharon,
Yaps, Hatamans, Akbar s ug uban pa!
20% Vice mayors’
mga political dynasties are just fulfilled.
Because they are
so rich that they tend to tell lies just to fool people, many get fooled and so
they are oppressed.
Hence, our
country now is buried in debts that push the people to more malnutrition and
poverty. So unless political dynasties will not be dissolved, the gap between
the rich and the poor will widen year after year. And if no move of our
government to have political dynasties dismantled, the dismal situation will
sharpen until majority of people will have to reform the system against those
who dominate and oppress the majority of Filipinos! (By: Prof. Rose A. Barrera
